The organization, managed by FWT Management SA and based in Verbier, Switzerland, has been organizing leading sports events in mountain resorts worldwide since 1996. The FWT was born from the transformation of the famous "Xtreme Verbier," an iconic event founded by the company, into a prestigious world series in 2008. The competitions are held in four main categories: Ski Men, Ski Women, Snowboard Men, and Snowboard Women. Instagram: @freerideworldtour
